Foldover sleeve is a little yellowed. Black disc slightly see through. Includes lyric insert which looks like a more recent photocopy, not sure.

Text on the back states 2nd press, changes Guitar credit to "Moby" from "M.H." and also has a mail offer for their 2nd record "Just A Frisbee".
