RETURNS / DAMAGE / CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to return an unfaulty item you have 14 days and you must cover return shipping.

If the item is defective (e.g. record that skips, or is audibly warped) we will do our best to replace it or offer a full refund if we can't. Please email photos / videos of the defect.

If a record is skipping please make sure your record player is properly set up and try adjusting the weight of your tonearm. If you have a turntable without an adjustable tonearm (e.g. all in one / suitcase / Crosley style) it is fairly common that playback issues can occur with otherwise playable records. We may ask you to try it on another turntable before offering a replacement.

Cancelling orders costs us money in processing fees, so please make sure you want to go ahead with the order and ask any queries before making payment! If you need to cancel an order which hasn't shipped please let us know as soon as possible.
