Given away for free at the 200th gig put on by Cheap Sweaty Fun. Plain brown cardboard case with black sticker on the front saying:

ALL copies came with a 52-page A4 booklet showing the flyers for all 200 shows, a white T-shirt with the 200th gig flyer design on the front, along with the card-sleeved, blank-labelled vinyl it came in a gold stencil sprayed - with 'CSF 200' - carrier bag.
There was also a little slip of paper from a local guy called Tim asking for 'scene' memories/anecdotes for a forthcoming book.
