No insert. Some scratches and slight warp to disc. But plays fine. Sleeve has some wear / staining and spine is sellotaped in at join on back.

First press has black back cover with just the song titles, Underdog. and New Beginning Records logo (i.e., no Matthew Solomon artwork on back of sleeve).  Sleeve opening on right hand side of sleeve.  Black ink on white labels.
