That year, substantial quantities of US Sire pressings of all formats were imported into the UK and distributed by Rough Trade Distribution / The Cartel. As such the imported version entered the UK Album Chart in May 1987: Subsequently, Rough Trade manufactured a UK version which was released in 1988. 1988 UK pressings can be identified by the use of the Rough Trade logo and catalogue number system: ROUGH 255, ROUGH C255 and ROUGH CD255.
