Track 1 is a B-side of the Think For A Minute (New Version) 12". Recorded at West Side (London) between the 12th and 19th August '86.
Track 2 is taken from the The People Who Grinned Themselves To Death album. Recorded at Yellow 2 (Stockport) in June '87.
Track 3 is taken from the Think For A Minute (New Version) single.
Track 4 is taken from the There Is Always Something There To Remind Me single and was recorded for a John Peel Session 4/11/87. It was recorded at B.B.C. Maida Vale
Track 5 is the B-side of the Happy Hour single. Recorded during the London 0 Hull 4 session 9th April - 8th May '86 at Strongroom (London).
Track 6 is the A-side of the Sheep single. Recorded at Strongroom between the 7th and 11th of January '86.
Track 7 is a unique version recorded in the same session as Sheep on the 10th January '86.
Track 8 is the A-side of the Five Get Over Excited single. It was recorded at yellow 2 between the 13th and 24th April '87.
Track 9 Produced at Fairview (Hull). It wasn't until the 19th of October '87 that the band actually became desperate enough to record it.
Track 10 is the A-side of the Build single.  Production and studio were as 'Bow Down' [track 2.
Track 11 is a B-side of the Me And The Farmer 12". Recorded and produced at 'Bown Down'.
Track 12 is the A-side of the Flag Day single. Recorded at Townhouse 3 (London) between the 25th June and 2nd July '85.
Track 13 is the A-side of the Happy Hour single. The line-up, production and studio were as 'Mighty Ship' [track 5.
Track 14 is a rough demo version of the Carole King classic. Recorded at Fairview on the 27th of March '87
Track 15 is a live take at Capital Radio from a Gary Crowley session 13/3/86. 
Track 16 is from a Janice Long Session 6/11/85. Recorded on the 6th of November '85 at B.B.C. Maida Vale
Track 17 is taken from the The People Who Grinned Themselves To Death album. Recording details are same as 'Bow Down'.
Track 18 is the A-side of the Caravan Of Love single. Originally recorded during the mixing of 'Think for a minute' [track 3 at Westside Studios.
Track 19 is taken from the The People Who Grinned Themselves To Death album. Recorded exactly as 'Bow Down'.
Track 20 is taken from the London 0 Hull 4 album and recorded exactly as the 'Mighty Ship' was.
Track 21 is the A-side of the Me And The Farmer single.
Track 22 is taken from the London 0 Hull 4 album. Production/engineering credits are as 'Mighty Ship'.
Track 23 is taken from a John Peel Session 21/7/85. Produced and studio managed at B.B.C. Maida Vale.
Track 24 is a B-side of the Five Get Over Excited 12". Produced the same as 'Five' [track 8.
