- One of the three known initial pressings - a version with two pressing rings: first a small pressing ring, approx 32mm in diameter (slightly more than 1"), and a faintly recognizable second, slightly sloped, pressing ring, approx. 70mm in diameter. 
- Pressed by Rainbo Records, distinguished by etching on side A/B: S-29231/S-29232.
- Old Epitaph logo and address on both labels as part of a rim text as "6201 Sunset Boulevard Suite 111 Hollywood California 90028", and cover and lyrics sheet as "6201 Sunset Blvd. Suite 111 Hollywood CA 90028".
- Small oval logo with "Printed in Canada" on the back cover, next to the old Epitaph logo and address.
- Includes 2-sided lyrics insert, contains no lyrics for "Union Blood" and "Get Out Of My Way". "©&℗ 1993 Epitaph Records 6201 Sunset Blvd. Suite 111 Hollywood, CA 90028" printed in lower right corner on 2nd side.
- "℗ 1993 Epitaph" on both labels
- "Union Blood" not listed on the back cover, vs. listed on B label (together with "Get Out Of My Way" as two last songs on side B).
- Track B3 misspelled on label "The Botle".
