Some copies included a sticker with the cover art, same size as the booklet.

The CD is housed in a two-piece, tin metal box/case with album artwork printed on the front and back. The tin box is slightly larger than a standard CD jewel case.

This edition features exclusive artwork on the inside of the tin box. This includes the classic, LOA hardcore/skull circle logo which can be found on the CD tray and is visible when the disc has been removed.

The disc itself also features an alternate graphic,  compared to the standard release.

Tracks 13 and 14 are bonus tracks.

Alternate mixes (alt. versions) of these tracks later appeared on the compilation album, "1989-1999". However, the versions heard on this edition, are the original Steve Thompson & Michael Barbiero mixes, and are exclusive to this release.

This edition comes with the CD booklet from the standard European Edition and, as such, has the wrong catalogue number printed on the bottom of the very last page "RR 8924 2".
