Packaged in a standard black tray jewel case with a 12 page front insert containing tracklisting, images, credits, lyrics and thanks. Catalogue number 510 146-2 on all paper artwork, 510146-2 on disc. This particular cd seems to be a victim of the p.d.o disk rot, and some copies have it very badly too.
