On this album Long Neck's Lily Mastrodimos creates a bouquet of sound. Through well-tempered fingerpicking, found sounds like an ice cream truck ringtone, and layered vocals that mimic rings of a tree trunk, Mastrodimos organically marks aging through familiar imperfection.
Featuring contributions from John Ambrosio (Long Neck), Marlene Bellissimo (Dreamsounds), JB Fulbright (Prior Panic), Emma Witmer (gobbinjr), R N Taylor (Los Campesinos!), Jessica Taylor, and baby Rudy (Mastrodimos’s cousin and her child).
