First Day Back is a band based in the forests of Santa Cruz, California. Composed of college students brought together by their love for 1990s emo, they play it a heartfelt homage. Originally forming in 2024, they released their debut album titled, Forward in 2025, showcasing their raw emotion through expressive lyrics and explosive instrumentation.
