Notes:

Silver injection labels. Gripper rings and copyright warnings are moulded at the circumference of the labels.
Side opening flipback gloss card sleeve with a die cut thumb section.

This version is similar to [r=1218632 except it has square cut flipback corners, not diagonally cut. Also, on this version is the presence of a thumb section, which is not seen on the similar version.
