Disc has been dinked for a jukebox/adaptor. Sleeve is nice except for a 5mm tear at opening.
 

Notes:

1st label variation with ridged anti-slip ring; blue labels. A side - silver text. B side - silver text.

Copies with a large centre hole were dinked post-manufacture for use in juke-boxes.

Runouts are etched except for the plate marks which are stamped:
A single capital letter is stamped at approximately 9:00 relative to the matrix number at 12:00 (Aston-Clinton's characteristic "broken A" may appear as A, Λ, or ∴, showing only the serifs); plate numbers are stamped at 3:00. Some early variants may lack the "A" stamp and have a scribed/etched "<" across the locked groove instead (see Variant 14).
