Reissue on Lookout! Records.  This is the "remixed" version used for the original European edition licensed by Roadkill to Wetspots in 1988 (the vocals for "Supermarket Fantasy" are noticeably different from the Roadkill pressing).  The cover artwork has been slightly altered from the original (green background with the band and album name on the front, unlike the original which had a pink background and no text).  Different photos on the back, too.
