- comes with an insert that contains lyrics and artwork,
- Lookout! Records address "P.O.BOX 11374 BERKELEY CA 94701" on the back cover vs. "LAYTONVILLE CA 95454" on the insert, side 2, lower left. Band's contact address on insert, approx. in a middle of side 2: "OP.IV P.O BOX 4596 BERKELEY CALIF. 94704"
- catalogue number #10 on label A, LOOKOUT #10 on label B, and #0000000000010 on cover's spine,
- runout inscriptions are etched, except for the stamped kdisc on both sides. Letter "I" in "KOWALEWSKi" has a dot above it, and was therefore transcribed as a lowercase "i"
