disc has some nasty-looking wear but plays absolutely fine with only a little bit of crackle during quieter moments. sleeve is still in shrink wrap with just some light wear along the opening. printed inner is included without any splits or significant wear. i'd call the sleeve NM if not for one slightly creased corner.
