The album itself is a compilation of every previous Less Than Jake release apart from their debut album Pezcore. These include Unglued, Pez Kings, Making Fun of Things You Don't Understand and Six Pack to Go. The tracks appear in a different order on the vinyl edition of the album. Track 11 "867-5309 (Jenny)" is a cover of the song originally done by Tommy Tutone
