Notes:

Based on different album cover and Matrix / Runout info, there appear to be two CD releases of The Hemophiliac's Dream.  According to the Encyclopaedia Metallum (), the album was "Re-released in Europe in 2003 with different artwork."  My memory is of the blue cover () being the first release and I cannot find internet support to prove otherwise.  Assuming, then, that the white cover is the European release.
